Your New User Community and Knowledgebase

We're getting ready to launch!  We work hard to make sure our Customer Success program is the BEST in its class, and we're not resting on our laurels: in response to your suggestions  we're launching your new CoreValue Community & Knowledgebase.  

The Community & Knowledgebase is developed specifically to meet your requests and will replace the Resource tab currently accessed through the advisor dashboard. 

As we endeavor to follow our methodology, this new initiative effectively addresses best practices set out in CoreValue Drivers #14 Customer Satisfaction and #18 Innovation.

Support-Advice-and-InformationWhy the change?

Support needs are as diverse as our customers. The new site:

  • Ties your support more closely to the Customer Success program
  • Follows your use so we can better serve you
  • Is searchable: you can access all of your marketing collateral, sales and business development tools, training aids and videos in a searchable format
  • Connects you to other CoreValue-powered advisors in the Advisor Community - an interactive messaging platform helping you to exchange ideas, get helpful advice and even collaborate on client issues
And -  you'll be able to submit support requests, chat with customer success reps, search and download helpful documents and videos --and collaborate with your peers. 

For Current Customers:

1.  What do you need to do?

Nothing. We'll contact every customer with access instructions. If you're enrolled in the 1-1 onboarding program, we'll add 'How to use the CoreValue Knowledgebase' to an upcoming session --it's easy.  Everyone will get a User Guide and an instruction video to walk you through the basics. So all you really need to do is keep an eye on your inbox, more info to follow.

2.  What if I have questions?
