Role: Customer Success Team Member

CoreValue is a technology and training company.
Our customers are Management Consultants, CPAs, Financial Advisors, M&A Pros and Fractional CFOs. Our customers look to CoreValue for our patented technology plus the training they need to win new consulting engagements and drive client company growth.
On the Customer Success Team you'll (1) lead new customers through our 6-step Customer Onboarding process; and (2) help customers through technology and engagement questions. The Customer Success Team is accountable for creating satisfied customers, because these customers generate referrals, recurring revenues, and most importantly create wealthy communities.
We're a growing startup, so you may also be asked to help with projects as needed --marketing, sales support, etc.
Is this you? "College degree a must; looking for well organized, comfortable presenting to others, resourceful self starter."
No previous experience required --we will train you. You'll be working with our business consultant customers from the Rivermill in Lebanon. This job can grow with you.
