On December 3-4 CoreValue Advisor Software's George Sandmann led the NACVA Business Advisor Boot Camp, teaching about winning engagements and leveraging the CoreValue analysis in a Strategic Growth Consulting project. 16 hours of CPE delivered through NACVA. George was joined by Larry Prince of Prince Leadership who presented a module on Senior Management and HR; and Ed Wandtke of Wandtke & Associates discussing Operating Report Metrics. The Boot Camp was organized around using a client-facing template available through our knowledgebase, the Strategic Growth Project Template, which is based on Sandmann's '3 Dimensions of Business Growth' methodology.
